The group members are also so proud about their leader, but she said that “When I got this leadership opportunity, I was not so serious instead I considered it as a game. I don’t know the importance of a leader, my friends motivated me to do it, I want to be a good leader but I don’t know that how to do that, as the days rolled the problems also escalated, I did not know how I was going to manage such pressure.
But the regular leadership trainings helped me to learn step by step and also boosted my confidence by showing examples of good leader and thought me the needs of a positive leader and transformed my attitude completely. The trainings improved my leadership skill. Interacting with many women of different character in the group meetings gave me practical knowledge to handle the groups.
